We accomplish this by maintaining the highest standards with regard to the quality, origin and efficacy of the ingredients we use. In other words, if it is not good for you, not good for the environment and/or fails to contribute to the effectiveness of our products in a healthy and environmentally friendly way, we will not use it.

Action

The power of taking Action cannot be underestimated.

Movement in any direction will break you free from the cement of indecision. The first step toward getting “there” from “here” is taken by putting one foot in front of the other. So just make a decision and move on it.

Action sends ripples of energy and change out into the world. Action radiates, it tells the world and broadcasts to every cell in your body that you are going “there”, and magically the vision you’re searching for starts coming into focus and/or the resources you need will be revealed to you, brought into your midst by the undeniable magnetic quality of action.

Action - Goal: Set your own goal. Goals give you a purpose in life, a reason to get up early in the morning and go to bed late at night. You can use the yellow pad method. Write down everything you love on one page and everything you dislike on another page.

Action - Analysis: Next you evaluate where you are now and how it differs from your dream life. When you dream about your perfect life make sure you have as many loves from your priority list in the dream as can logically fit. Build out a very detailed scenario. Be as precise in your fantasy description as you possibly can be.

Action - Inventory: Now write each skill you have to live your dream life. Write down everything you need to learn, accomplish or buy in order to set the stage to see your dream fulfilled.

Action - Plan: Now you are ready to develop a precise plan. First write down each step you need to take to develop the skills you need to reach your goal and then write down a plan on how to attain this pre-requisite. Break down the plan into three levels, near term goals (getting ready), mid-level goals (getting set), long-term goals (getting started).

After that you merely have to PRACTICE, PRACTICE and PRACTICE some more.

Power

Capability, capacity; aptitude, endowment, flair, genius, gift, instinct, knack, talent.

Personal power is the strength, confidence, and competence that develops naturally as a result of efforts made toward personal development and the accumulation of self confidence and peace of mind.

It is derived from a natural, healthy assertion of self, striving for achievement, satisfaction, meaning, love and harmony in one's interpersonal and professional worlds.

It is the natural result of taking action on our inner energy in a positive way and making a committed effort at an identified goal.

Adam Anthony, CEO/President

Adam received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Saginaw Valley State University in Saginaw, Michigan where he also earned All American and Academic All American honors as a collegiate golfer. Over the past decade he has served as the Chief Executive Officer of a collection of private media and marketing companies, including Prime Time Media Solutions, a direct response television media placement agency he co-founded in 1996 and built to over $50 million in annual billings before selling it to a public company.

Adam lives in beautiful San Luis Obispo County, California where he enjoys a wide variety of outdoor activities including golf. Adam has been a practitioner of the ENERGY, ACTION, POWER philosophy his entire adult life.

Karl Wright, Director/Chief Chemist

Karl Wright graduated from UC Santa Cruz with a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry in 1987, at which time he began a career in winemaking. During his 10 years in the wine industry, Austrian-born Chemist, Karl H. Wright was continuously working with antioxidants and new processes in wine chemistry. Over time, he developed an in depth understanding of antioxidant substances and their behaviors. It is no surprise then, that when Karl created the CREO line of products, they would be chock full of antioxidants and cellular preserving characteristics.

In 1997, Karl began formulating products for the general consumer market and has since patented and developed technologies and antioxidant formulations for wine, nutrition and personal care companies all over the world.

Karl lives in San Luis Obispo County, California where he still assists local wineries with their winemaking every season as well as enjoying a wide range of outdoor activities.

Warren Ness, Director/Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Ness has functioned in a variety of capacities in the personal care industry. Most recently Mr. Ness served as consultant to King Ventures in San Luis Obispo, California where he was responsible for formulation and manufacturing of hotel and spa amenities programs for their Boutique Hotel Collection properties.
